Barbara A. Daniels, CSMC, Managing Director and CEO of The Caffe Publishing Group, LLC, has more than 27 years of business experience at the executive level, including 18 years in the nonprofit sector. Prior to returning to her consulting practice full-time, Barbara spent 15 years as Director of Operations for Greater Phoenix Leadership, Inc. (GPL), a CEO-led nonprofit organization comprised of local business and civic leaders engaged in resolving community issues. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Almeda University (2009), is a graduate of the Social Media Academy in Palo Alto, CA, a graduate of Valley Leadership?s?Leadership Institute Class XXVI (2005), the Stephen R. Covey Management Training Institute (1991), and Rockford Technical Training Institute (1991).


Mrs. Daniels serves as an active member of: the Herberger Theater Center Board of Directors, Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) - Phoenix Chapter, Valley Leadership Alumni Association, Education and Arts & Culture Committees of the Arizona-Mexico Commission, Arizona Citizens for the Arts, Americans for the Arts, National Association for Female Executives, American Business Women's Association, National Association of Professional Women, American Society of Notaries, Casa ? Center for Prevention of Abuse and Violence, National Writers Union and served on the 2009 Community Leaders Breakfast Committee of the American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter. Mrs. Daniels is a founding member of: XAIA of Arizona, the Social Media Academy, Social Media Club, National Campaign for Tolerance and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Barbara is a past director of Executive Women International and a past member of: the American Association for State and Local History, and the Association of Personal Historians.

 

Mrs. Daniels is happily married to her childhood sweetheart, Kevin Daniels. Barbara and Kevin have three daughters, Kara, Kaitlyn and Jenna, and three grandchildren, Madison, Thomas and Kaylee. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys fine coffee and espresso, red wine, reading, public speaking, social media, networking, hiking, history, writing, capacity building, community service and spending time with family and friends.
